We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
- To perform GWIS operation covering batch arrangement, document scanning, reconciliation, filing, etc.
- Process all RMB and FCY payment with high efficiency and accuracy, and ensure all processing are in line with internal procedure/manual (including the cross-city sub-branch procedure manual) and external regulations. E.g. transaction processing in payment systems, printing system report at day end, handling e-channel instructions, issuing demand draft, registering and calculating total amount of inward and outward collection/payment data for day end reconciliation, etc.
- Complete voucher preparation and reconciliation as per internal requirement correctly. Prepare funding reporting, and regular returns and reporting, and ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Support supervisors to handle payment related snag cases professionally and skillfully. Report exceptional cases to line managers in time.
- Support to other tasks when necessary.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
•Bachelor degree;
•Sufficient operation knowledge
•Good understanding of local rules and regulations and internal guideline;
•Strong sense of responsibility;
•Good communication and interpersonal skill;
•Speaking standard Mandarin ,Cantonese and English;
•Nice personality.
